Alternative Exercise - Summer Yoga Challenge
A four week yoga challenge designed to integrate students into the JPRA Fall Yoga sessions. Classes will focus on breaking down individual hatha yoga postures and promote awareness of proper alignment. Each class will have an emphasis on steadiness of breath, comfortably holding yoga postures, and increasing strength and flexibility. Various relaxation and breathing techniques will be explored with the intent to decrease perceived levels of stress and increase relaxation. All levels welcome!
