Fitness Classes - Core Cruncher (Summer 2010)The target in this class is core stability, balance and strength. The focus is on the upper and lower back, and the abdominals, with muscle toning and strengthening added in. A variety of equipment, including the large stability balls, hand weights and the step, is used to increase intensity and strengthen the core. FOCUS: Core Strength and Toning
