Fitness Classes - Total Body Pump (Summer 2010)

This class provides extra conditioning to stabilize and strengthen muscle groups.  Routines incorporate weights and the large stability balls and the routines move through various muscles such as triceps, biceps, quads, back and abs. 

The focus is on technique to learn to work safely with weights and to use the stability ball to increase the intensity of the exercise.
