Alternative Exercise - Yoga Level II (Summer)Deepen your yoga practice by exploring more advanced postures and sequences. You'll learn more about yoga philosophy and increase your capacity for a daily personal yoga practice, integrating the benefits of yoga into your daily life. Class takes place in a quiet room, with soft lighting, mats and special yoga equipment and supplies to help you focus and relax.
Fees change July 1, 2010.
