Alternative Exercise - Yoga Level I (Summer)An introduction to Hatha Yoga including poses, breathing exercises meditation and yoga philosophy. Become more flexible, improve your strength and achieve balance in your life. We provide special equipment for our yoga participants, as well as a quiet atmosphere with soft lighting, sothat you can relax into your postures and focus on your breathing.
