JPRA offers 6 fitness classes including cardio workouts and conditioning and toning classes that focus on strengthening the core and that work on various muscle groups. We'll provide all the equipment you need for your workout-steps, mats, exertubes, large stability balls and weights (3 to 25 lbs). Our certified and experienced instructors will ensure you get an intense workout in every class.

Rock Bottom - Focus: Strength, Toning and Sculpting

Chisel your buns, legs, core and more in this ultra-challenging lower-body workout. Includes resistance and body weight exercises, steady-paced endurance training and gut-busting core moves guaranteed to give you sculpted legs, buns of steel and rock hard abs!

Zumba - Focus: Cardio and Toning

This cardio workout is set to Latin music to get your heart rate up. This fast-paced workout also involves some body sculpting moves to work your entire body. People of all ages and fitness levels are welcome to try it out.

Rollercoaster - Focus: Cardiovascular Strength and Endurance

This fast-paced cardio workout uses interval training to increase your heart rate and make you sweat. The workout builds up intensity by moving from low-to higher- paced movements both on and off the step, on and off the mat, and with or without weights. This is a calorie-burning and intense cardio workout. (Please arrive early to set up equipment).

The Ultimate Workout - Focus: Strength and Toning

This empowering group strength workout will hit your entire body muscles like nothing you have ever encountered! The heart of the workout includes demanding exercises for lower and upper body strength and some additional moves that target core specifically. This dynamic and energetic class is characterized by fun and smooth transitions that can be adapted to challenge every participant. (Please arrive early to set up equipment). Core Cruncher - Focus: Core Strength and Toning

The emphasis in this class is on core stability. You'll strengthen the upper and lower back muscles, as well as the upper and lower abdominals. Routines to build core strength are done on the mat, on the stability balls, and through some aerobic moves that use small hand weights. (Please show up early to set up equipment).

  • Classes may be cancelled or changed if minimum registration is not met.
  • JPRA subsidizes one class in this session. (For this reason, there are no makeup classes for missed classes, except for medical reasons or unexpected work-related absences, and refunds may be available in these situations.)
