JPRA Fall Fitness Classes
JPRA offers 6 fitness classes including cardio workouts and conditioning and toning classes that focus on strengthening the core and that work on various muscle groups. We’ll provide all the equipment you need for your workout—steps, mats, exertubes, large stability balls and weights (3 to 25 lbs). Our certified and experienced instructors will ensure you get an intense workout in every class. Register today for any two classes and get a third class for free. Cost to RegisterNoontime

Drop-in Fee: $8.00 per class NOTE: The Fitness Summer Session is scheduled to run from June 28 to September 17, 2010. A schedule will be posted in early June. Core Cruncher - Focus: Core Strength and ToningThe emphasis is on core stability for the upper and lower back, abs, obliques, with an added focus on muscle toning and strength. This class uses large stability balls, along with weights, to increase your muscle and core strength. Combo classic - Cardiovascular and EnduranceStarts with routines on the step, slowly building up the heart rate and then moves through the low-impact aerobic routines, with a coll down and an abdominal component. Total Body Blitz - Focus: Strength and ToningThe focus in this class is on conditioning the entire body. The instructor may choose a different set of muscles to work each week. Various pieces of equipment will be used to enhance and intensify your conditioning workout. Cardio Combos - Focus: Cardiovascular and EnduranceFast paced, challenging 30 minute hi-lo cardio workouts with some endurance and muscular strength added in. Body Balance and Core - Focus: Strength and ToningWorks all the large muscle groups with the emphasis on stability and balance. Uses the stability ball to focus on core muscles such as back, abs and obliques. Total Body Pump - Focus: Strength and Toning Provides extra conditioning to stabilize muscles through routines that use weights and the large stability balls to strengthen various muscles such as triceps, biceps, quads and back.
